Just a little news ...

Starting May 1st the shop will again be open Monday - Saturday 9 a.m. til 5 p.m. 

And "Winky" wants you to let you know that there will be a spring yard sale Memorial Day Monday - May 27th 2013.
Spaces are available so call the shop for info and a reservation.

Tomorrow morning Yard Sale in a heated building

Rain, shine, sleet or snow may be in the forecast but "the yard sale must go on". Right off Rt 30, in Kinzers PA. Watch for the signs.
After the yard sale be sure to stop by the shop for spring and Easter decor.

Indoor Yard Sale March 16 th

In Grandmas Attic will be hosting an indoor yard sale Saturday March 16th in a large heated building.
Nearby by the shop, there will be five families with lots of bargains that are priced to sell. Rain or snow will not stop this yard sale. There will be signs or you may call the shop for more information.

Getting ready for Springtime plus new hours

Are you ready for spring, I sure am. This winter has seemed to go on forever.
The shop will be re-opening for the spring March 1st with new hours.

• Mon and Tuesday 9-5, closed on Wednesdays, Thursday thru Saturday 9-5.

Daryl and Carley will be on hand Tuesday with new creations to welcome the season.

Patti's Baked Oatmeal

This is a recipe that Patti makes usually on a Sunday, for quick and healthy starts during the week.

2/3 cup applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
4 cups quick oats
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
*chopped nuts or ground cinnamon if desired

Mix together all ingredients then spread into a greased 9 x 9 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
You may substitute peaches, fresh, frozen or dried blueberries.

Welcome December- Tis the Season

First off all of us at In Grandma's Attic would like to thank you for coming by to shop and visit with us at our annual Open House in November. It is always fun to see and talk to the customers who have become our friends over the years.
New items continue to arrive daily as our busy craft persons and artist continue to create unique gifts and decorations.
On Christmas Eve Patti will continue this year, her complimentary brunch from 9 am. - 2 pm. Cooked by Patti herself, a gift to the last minute shoppers.
